Andree Martinez

Andree is a native of Chihuahua, Chihuahua Mexico and was raised in El Paso, Texas. Her family has the genes for entertainment. Since a young age Karla (Host for Univision's Despierta America!) and others from the family were close to her. Since she was a child, her family has been surrounded by television show hosts such as Karla Martinez (Host of Univision's Despierta America! Andrew Martinez is the vice director of Safety Security as well as business Resiliency at Southern California Edison, one of America's biggest electric utilities. SCE is committed to making safety for workers and security for the company a top priority. Martinez is the head of the activities and programs which are geared towards the two specific areas. Martinez helps safety leaders achieve goals for safety in the group by offering supervision and guidance for them, as well as quality safety programs. Before taking on his current position Martinez was the director of Safety Training and Compliance for Transmission & Distribution at SCE. Prior to that Martinez was the Director of Safety and Compliance for Power Supply and Operational Services. During his 30 years at SCE Martinez has held several senior positions within corrective action and performance improvement programs including posts in the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station (SONGS) that focused on safeguarding employees and the public from hazards.
