Aspen Ladd
Aspen Ladd started her combat sport career when she was 14 years old. After her kickboxing and boxing lessons, wrestling BJJ and BJJ she had her first professional fight against Jaimee Nievera at WCFC when she was 18 years old. Ladd went on to improve upon her win at Ultimate Reno Combat, where she fought for three straight wins. She finished all of her competitors in the initial round. Ladd returned to WCFC to beat Leslie Rodriguez via unanimous decision. Aspen had already defeated Silvia Baeghian and Maddy Simmons, before taking on Cynthia Calvillo. Cynthia was defeated by Aspen through a unanimous decision. This left a mark on the record of Ladd's amateur. Ladd recovered from the loss with a win over Roma Pawelek in Tuff-N'-Uff, increasing her record to 8-1. Aspen turned professional in 2015, and was signed by Invicta FC to make her professional debut. Invicta 11 saw her take on Ana Carolina Vidal to score TKO victory in the opening round. Aspen won her subsequent fight with Amanda Cooper via second-round armbar submission. She then moved to Bantamweight for her subsequent fight at Invicta FC 16. Aspen defeated McGill by wrestling her to the ground and finished her off in the third round with a TKO. Aspen later faced Jessica Hoy, at Invicta FC 18. Aspen fought Hoy using an opponent with a catchweight (138.1lb) since Ladd didn't make Weight. Aspen still dominated Hoy until she defeated her via a TKO. As for her final fight for Promotion, she defeated Sijara Eubanks via unanimous decision at Invicta FC 21. Aspen Ladd's UFC debut took place on UFC Fight Night 118 when she was up against Lina Lansberg. She defeated Lina, and used ground-and-pound to take the win via TKO in the second round. She remained dominant and scored an even impressive win in her next bout against Tonya Evinger. The fight was at UFC 229. Ladd was able to defeat Evinger within the first minute and received a bonus for the performance of the night. She fought her first big fight in her debut fight at the UFC Fight Night dos Anjos and. Lee rematch against Sijara Ebanks. They fought in an intense fight which Ladd won by unanimous decision. The two fighters each received the Fight of the Night Bonus. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie beat Ladd in less than 16 seconds and ended her win streak. She bounced back and finished Yana Kunitskaya, in the 3rd round on UFC at ESPN 7. In her place, she defeated Norma Dumont in her most recent UFC fight. It was a loss by unanimous decision.
